Lost in transit? We'll send a replacement at no cost - it's on us.
Arrived damaged? Let us know within 48 hours and we'll make it right immediately.
Not what you expected? We're responsible until it's safely in your hands. 

Exchanges Made Easy

Found the perfect natural essential but need a different size or style? We're happy to help make it right.
Exchange requirements:
  • Request your exchange within 15 days of purchase
  • Your natural essential must be in the same pristine condition it arrived in
  • All original tags must remain attached - just as nature intended
  • Keep your order confirmation and any delivery receipts safe (you'll need these for proof of purchase)
What we cover: We'll handle the replacement item and its shipping to you.
What's on you: Return shipping costs for the original item (we're a growing business working toward a greener planet, after all).
Can't exchange: Items that have been loved and used, damaged during your care, or requested after our 15-day window.
