What we need from you: Your natural essential should be in the same beautiful condition it arrived in, with all original tags still attached - just as nature intended. While we'd love to cover everything, return shipping is on you (we're a small business working toward a greener planet, after all).

What we can't accept: Items that have been loved and used, or accidentally damaged during your daily life. These beautiful natural essentials deserve to find their perfect home.

When things go wrong: If your natural essential arrives damaged or not quite right, reach out within one week of delivery. We'll take care of both the replacement and shipping costs - because that's simply not the VerdantAge experience we want for you.
